Social Networking

Sometimes social networks like Hyves, Linked.in, etc.. are very nice to keep in touch with friends from all over the world. However, there is always a danger that the people running it are trying to find out details like addresses and other personal stuff.

Over the last couple of days Hyves seem to make people happy with the feature where people can send postcards to other Hyvers. You will need to fill in your address in order to receive cards.
Although I do not mind to have this option I do care that they are pushing people by showing adds for it on every single time you visit your ‘home’ page. Therefor I decided to fake the address. They could have given people the option to discard it and no longer show the message.
